David is a Physician Assistant (PA) with a diverse background and a solid commitment to healthcare and patient advocacy. He earned his degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah College of Medicine and the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine in 2019. He is board-certified as a Physician Assistant by the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) and is recognized by the Utah Medical Association as a Physician Assistant.

Before pursuing his career as a PA, David gained valuable experience in pre-hospital medicine, working as an Advanced EMT in rural and urban EMS settings in his native Texas. After relocating to Utah, he began working with Volunteers of America (VOA), where he focused on serving individuals experiencing homelessness, substance abuse issues, and behavioral health disorders. As a Certified Adult Mental Health Case Manager, David was part of the state's first Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, which provided crucial support for individuals with complex mental health needs.

David's experience with VOA exposed him to the significance of social determinants of health, emphasizing the importance of addressing non-medical factors that can impact an individual's well-being.

What sets David apart is his extensive healthcare experience spanning two decades and his deep passion for helping patients achieve optimal health. Dr. Imani is the Medical Director and Owner of Skyline Pain Clinic, with a wealth of experience in neurology and pain management. With over 30 years of experience as a General Neurologist, Dr. Imani has provided comprehensive neurological services to patients in the Ogden area.

In 2003, Dr. Imani recognized the need for specialized pain management services in the region, as it was not a widely offered service then. He began incorporating pain management as part of his comprehensive neurological care for patients dealing with chronic pain. Due to the increasing demand and referrals for patients with chronic pain, Dr. Imani established Skyline Pain Clinic, a dedicated center for pain management.
